1. Digital Products
All products available on this site are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to your purchase via Payhip. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please review all product details before completing your purchase.
2. License & Usage
When you purchase a product from The Fly Scribe, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or personal growth.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
- Claim the content as your own creation
- Use any portion of our content, designs, or templates for resale or commercial redistribution
If you’d like to license a product for commercial or client use, please contact us for special permissions.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, digital products, and materials offered through The Fly Scribe remain the intellectual property of Michelle Peters and The Fly Scribe brand.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Access
All payments are securely processed through Payhip and their payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
Access to your purchase is granted immediately after successful payment. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please email support@theflyscribe.com for support.
5. Refund Policy
Because all items are digital, no refunds or exchanges are provided once a product has been purchased and delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Fly Scribe’s tools, guides, and digital products are created for educational and personal development purposes only.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of our materials.
